Description

RonaCare® MAP is a stable vitamin C derivative that is used for its antioxidant, anti-aging, and skin lightening properties. The skin lightening action of RonaCare® MAP is based on its inhibitory effect on melanogenesis through tyrosinase inhibition. More specifically, it acts as a reducing agent on melanin intermediates, thus blocking the oxidative chain reaction at various points of the melanogenetic pathway. RonaCare® MAP is your vitamin-based solution to lighten and brighten unevenly toned skin or areas of unwanted hyperpigmentation (i.e. age spots). The good bioavailability of RonaCare® MAP makes it the ideal system for topical application of vitamin C on skin where it can display its antioxidant and collagen stimulating properties. Further benefits comprise e.g. improvement of skin elasticity, decrease of fine lines and wrinkles, reduction of skin redness, or promotion of wound healing.
